The principal patents protecting the NanoStat™platform technology and the product formulations and applications have been granted. The technology is both broadly and narrowly protected by composition, method and process claims reflected in seven issued patents as well as numerous, pending CIP and new patent filings. The issued patents provide protection through 2019 for anti-infective products and 2023 for mucosal vaccines. Pending filings would extend protection through 2029 for both platforms.
